Neutral Fact Finding:
A process in which a neutral (impartial third party) is selected to investigate a dispute (possibly a particular issue or event) and write a report setting out the relevant facts discerned. The parties to the dispute may be bound by the reports conclusions or findings depending upon the parties agreement to be bound or not.
