Arbitration:
A process in which a neutral (impartial third party) is selected by the disputing parties and after giving the parties to the dispute an opportunity to be heard and present evidence and arguments, renders a determination settling the dispute. The process can be binding or non-binding depending upon the parties agreement to be bound or not.
